This Privacy Policy explains how Akibo ("Akibo", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit akibo-products.org (the "Site"), contact us, use our services, or receive text messages from us. 1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, company name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
• Text messaging choice: whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages from us.
• Communications: the content of emails and text messages you send to us.
• Client information: if you become a client, business contact details and the information needed to deliver our services, such as access to ad accounts and analytics.

Consent records

When you submit our contact form, we record the date and time of the submission, your IP address, your browser's user agent, whether the text messaging consent box was checked, and the exact consent wording shown to you. We keep these records to honor your choices and to show that consent was given.

Messaging records

For text messages we send or receive, we keep the phone numbers involved, the message content, the time, delivery status, and any opt-out (STOP) or help (HELP) requests.

Technical information

Our servers automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use these logs for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Our network and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from automated abuse.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the free ad audit you request.
• To provide, manage and improve our services for clients.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive, and to honor opt-out requests.
• To keep records of consent, opt-outs and communications.
• To protect the Site and our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the text messaging consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive marketing and informational text messages from Akibo at the phone number you provided, such as updates about our services and consultations. Checking the box is optional and is not required to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use a messaging provider and mobile carriers only to transmit messages to you. All of the sharing categories described in Section 4 below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers that help us operate our business, such as website and email hosting, and communications providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must keep it confidential.
• Advertising platforms, only when you are our client and only as needed to run campaigns in your own ad accounts at your direction.
• Legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Akibo, our clients or others.

As stated in Section 3, mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years so we can honor your choices and demonstrate compliance. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS and TLS), access controls and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: ask us at any time to stop sending you emails.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law (such as opt-out records).

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To make a request, email hello@akibo-products.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International processing

Our website and email servers are located in Germany. Information you submit may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States and countries in the European Union, and may be accessed by our team and service providers from other countries. We take steps to protect your information wherever it is processed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
